Privacy

We keep what you give us to the minimum your receipts need.

• Sensitive identifiers (account numbers and similar) are stored as one-way SHA-256 hashes only, plus an operator-typed masked display (e.g. "••••1234"). The full value never touches our database and cannot be recovered from the hash.
• Receipt contents (approver, agent identity, action, amount, scope) are stored so they can be exported as dispute evidence.
• We never sell your data. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.
